1. About StudySpell

StudySpell is a spelling practice application operated by LevelNex AI. It allows parents and guardians to create spelling word lists and conduct audio-based spelling tests for children. By using the service in any capacity, you agree to these Terms.

StudySpell is available in three tiers:

• Guest: Try the app instantly with no account. Up to 5 words per session, manual entry only. Nothing is saved.
• Free Account: Create a free account to save up to 3 word lists, use photo and file upload, and access retry mode.
• Pro ($7/month): Unlimited word lists, the full parent dashboard, progress tracking, and missed word trends.

2. Accounts

Accounts are intended for parents and guardians, not children. You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Guest users do not create an account and no data is stored between sessions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate for children
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the application
• Circumvent feature gates or tier restrictions

4. Pricing and Plans

The Guest and Free Account tiers are available at no cost. The Pro plan is $7 per month, billed monthly on a recurring basis.

Free Account features include photo upload (OCR), file upload, up to 3 saved word lists, retry mode, and basic score history. Pro features include everything in the Free Account plus unlimited word lists, the full parent dashboard, missed word trends, and unlimited session history.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a monthly recurring basis until you cancel.

• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by contacting us at info@levelnex.ai. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you retain Pro access until the period ends.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. Access may be downgraded to the Free Account tier until payment is resolved.

We do not store your credit card details. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe.

6. Data and Content

You own the word lists and content you create. By using the service, you grant LevelNex AI a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service. We do not sell your data. Guest session data is never stored.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

StudySpell is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LevelNex AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes, particularly those affecting paid subscribers.
